Work closely with all the KSA-E&W committees and E&W MBA student organizations, to ensure that proposed projects become reality through proper funding and budgeting.

Role of Committee Members

The Finance Committee is charged with the fiscal health of KSA-E&W Offices and Clubs.  This includes all events put on by the individual clubs as well as events executed by the KSA Committees.  The major responsibilities of the committee are:

• To be responsible for the budgeting process:
  • To establish budget policies.
  • To manage the annual budget process, including assembling and distributing club budget request packages.
  • To train Club Leaders on budget processes and requests.
  • To manage the budget addition and reallocation requests throughout the budget fiscal year.
  • To report on the budget to the Kellogg administration.
• To act as a liaison between Club Leaders and the Finance Committee.
• To be responsible for the collectiona and disbursement fo KSA - E&W funds.
• To maintain a record of fiscal activities during the budget fiscal year in conjunction with the Kellogg administration.
