Mission
 

To enhance the Kellogg part-time student experience by facilitating seamless technology interaction.

 


 

2017-18 Priorities

  1. Provide feedback and support to KIS to enhance the Kellogg Course Planning Tool (CPT).
    1. Quarterly trials and feedback to KIS team charged with creating and enhancing the tool.
    2. Collecting and vocalizing diverse student feedback.
    3. Working collectively with the Education Committee to align CPT functionality with education goals and initiatives.
  2. Increase awareness and knowledge of the KelloggGroups (CampusGroups) Application to increase student event awareness, increase event attendance and provide more tools for KSA Clubs to provide their members with valuable information.
    1. Implement processes and procedures for new Kellogg students to learn how to download and use the app in their CIM experience.
    2. Empower student groups with the tools to leverage the KelloggGroups app for the betterment of their mission statements.
  3. Implement a messaging platform for new Kellogg cohorts to provide new students a platform to ask peer-to-peer questions before stepping foot on campus for CIM.
    1. Potentially utilize existing messaging platforms or Kellogg sponsored applications to do so.
    2. Increase cohort collaboration

  • E-news opt-in opt-out review and gather feedback
  • Event scheduling
    • Integration across corporate partnerships, KIS, PTMBA, Campus groups

2. New Technology Initiatives

  • Record and archive Speaker series and events especially for events held on weekdays
  • Kellogg "Konnect" Mobile app
    • Mobile friendly PTMBA intranet
    • Kellogg Wildcat & Alumni finder filter by industry/city
    • Things to do on Campus
    • Dropbox archive and Video recording of classes (extend KetchUp)
