Visiting Holy Angels
Visits typically happen on Wednesdays. In order to schedule visits:
- Each grade leader should establish the preferred mode of contact with their grade's teacher at the beginning of the school year (email, cell phone, through the main office, etc.).
- After each visit is set up through contact with the teacher, the grade leader should follow-up by calling Mrs. Smith, the Holy Angels administrative assistant, to have the planned visit documented on the school calendar.
- The number to the Holy Angels office is: (773) 624-0727.
- Following up with ensure accountability for the planned visit on both sides.
Please click on the "Holy Angels Calendar" tab to the left to see the 2016-2017 academic calendar, which should be helpful with scheduling throughout the year.
Afterwards, please log visits in the ICMC Google Doc. This will help us keep track of what all of the teams are up to, as well as share lesson planning ideas with each other.
