The Speakers Chair is focused on bringing in interesting professionals in both law and business to share their experiences with the current students. The Chair works to identify and contact JD-MBA alumni and other influential individuals to participate in speaker events throughout the year.
Chair Responsibilities
- Coordinates speaker events at both the Law School and Kellogg throughout the academic year, with the goal that a variety of backgrounds, practice areas, industries, and identities are represented throughout these events.
- Work with the Law School Alumni Relations Office to organize the annual Brodsky Lecture Series.
- Lead the planning and coordination of JD-MBA week, in partnership with the Sponsorship and Alumni Chairs. Assists with, plans, and/or chairs business-law related conferences at both Pritzker and Kellogg.
