Dr. Matt Allen is the John L. Ward Clinical Professor of Family Enterprises and Executive Director of the Ward Center for Family Enterprises. His expertise is in the area of family learning, family entrepreneurship and the development of the next generation. Professor Allen has taught entrepreneurship and family entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate, graduate and executive levels. Jose Maria Liberti is the Joseph Jr. and Carole Levy Chair in Entrepreneurship and a Clinical Professor of Finance at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He holds an affiliation with the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises at Kellogg School of Management. Carola Frydman

Carola Frydman is the Harold L. Stuart Professor of Finance and the Faculty Director of the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises at the Kellogg School of Management, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Professor Frydman's research focuses on American business and financial history. Recent research projects examine the evolution of financial markets during the early twentieth century, with special emphasis on the role of financial intermediaries for firm growth, and on financial crises.
