Circular Planet: Google’s Approach to Sustainable Design

Discover how Google approaches sustainable hardware design — from the pillars of product sustainability to real-world case studies and how each new product generation is leveraged as an opportunity to move categories and the industry forward. About the guest speaker Katie Morgenroth is the Director of Sustainable Design at Google Devices, where she has spent over a decade shaping sustainable design strategy across Google’s hardware portfolio. Before Google, she honed her craft as a Principal Industrial Designer at Motorola for nearly eight years. The guest speaker will be calling in virtually, but we encourage students to be in person. Lunch will be provided.
