Regarding Europe, Kellogg has managed to increase the number of Alumni in all industries in most of the European countries. The number of European and non European students working in Europe has increased steadily over the years.

A number of initiatives, such as the Eurotrek, the London Banking days, GIM Europe and others have been catalysts in the school's effort to strengthen its brand equity among recruiters in Europe. Over the years, Kellogg's Career Management Center (CMC) has directed its efforts into attracting an increasing number of European recruiters as well as international companies recruiting for positions in Europe, on campus.
