Kellogg Women’s Business Association challenges, engages and empowers its members throughout their MBA journeys. Supporting Kellogg women in their personal and professional aspirations, WBA continues to build a strong community of influential business leaders.
Whether you are a prospective student, currently at Kellogg, or an alumni, we welcome you to learn more about the WBA and how you can get involved as we work to further our mission.
As the largest affinity club on campus, the Kellogg Women’s Business Association exists to support Kellogg women and to provide them through their Kellogg journeys and beyond. We provide our members with the resources that they need to become successful leaders.
Our work is centered around our mission, vision, and goals:
Empower Kellogg women and men to achieve success by engaging them in professional and personal development through impactful, student-led programming and gender-related topics
Build a diverse and inclusive community at Kellogg and beyond, by celebrating female achievement and inspiring the leaders of today and tomorrow to become advocates for themselves and others
• Identify mentorship, networking, and leadership opportunities for WBA members to strengthen relationship-building and development within the WBA
• Foster continuous dialogue on relevant, gender-related current events and topics
• Engage with the broader Kellogg and Chicago community through stakeholder partnerships; support of cross-cutting communities (e.g. professional, affinity, cultural); and alumni and community service collaborations
In addition, we are proud of our male ally group, the Manbassadors, which aims to create an engaged community of male allies at Kellogg by raising awareness about gender issues in/out of the workplace and teaching men how to address these issues thoughtfully.

This year, Kellogg enrolled a record-breaking 46% of women in its incoming class, the highest percentage of women enrolled in a top-ten business school. We are proud to be the leaders of the WBA at a school that so powerfully recognizes and supports female business leaders.
We hope you will join us in our mission.
