M&E x KTech x HCC Present a Conversation with Nicole Vu, Talent Intelligence Partner, Netflix
Nicole graduated from Kellogg’s 2Y program in 2024 and currently lives in NYC with her husband (Nick, also a 2Y 2024 grad) and dog (Kona, whose emoji might still be in the Kellogg slack). She’s part of Netflix’s Talent Intelligence team, which advises the business on talent-related questions such as, “What’s the best location to expand our organization?” or “What’s the current state of competition for AI talent?” Prior to Netflix, she spent time doing human capital consulting for Mercer and talent strategy for Google.
