Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need consulting experience to apply?

No! We aim to build diverse project teams with students who have experience across many industries and functions.

Do I need consulting experience to lead?

Not necessarily. We are seeking project leaders with project management, scoping and planning experience. Leaders with great client relationship skills or experience in the content areas of the projects are also highly welcome.

Can I choose the project I want to work on?

The project application asks you to rank preferences– we'll do our best to staff you on your top priority topics and organization types.  We will also consider your own background and experience; for project leaders, we ask for a copy of your resume.  If you have any fellow classmates you think would make great teammates, please list their names in the application. We'll do our best to match people up.
