    KFit February Step Challenge!

    The KFit February Step Challenge begins on Sunday, February 2nd! Lacking the motivation to get outside? Considering Ubering to class? Not sure how to stay fit in the winter quarter? Participate in the February step challenge! What: Track your steps power walking to the hub, crushing a workout, strolling to happy hour, or running in a blizzard. Compete as an individual and as a section for the most steps from Sunday, February 2nd to Saturday, March 1st! How to join: Fill out the following survey, which will be sent out each Monday morning on Slack, to log your total number of steps from the prior week. You can use any kind of step tracker (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, counter on your phone, etc.) to track your steps each day. https://forms.gle/hBdEGWzVHBV4z1nw9 Why: If some healthy competition motivates you, there will be both section and individual prizes at the end of the month! Leaderboards will be sent out at the end of each week to see where you stand. If you don't see this announcement in your section channel, spread the word!     Weekly 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga with Ryan

    Power Vinyasa-style yoga class with R&B/instrumental music and a focus on muscle/strength. Open to all skill levels - wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle! Mats and props are available at the studio. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your space. JVs who do not have a membership at Henry Crown may be asked to pay a day usage fee. Ryan Walsh (2Y 2026) is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor and also teaches on Sundays at CorePower Old Orchard in Skokie.

Join Kellogg Coffee House and KFit for a pre-coffee yoga class led by Olivia Burton (2Y 2026), a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and former Corepower teacher in NYC. This class will feature a power Vinyasa-style yoga class with upbeat music and a focus on connecting breath to movement. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just getting started, this class is open to all skill levels. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat! Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up your space and stick around after class for a fresh pour over or latte, courtesy of the Kellogg Coffee House!
