    Kellogg x Booth Run Club Meet Up!

    Make Friends, Run with Booth! We are proud to co-host a Run Club with our friends from the city! On Saturday, October 26, we will meet at Montrose Beach at 10am to run and socialize. Different pace groups will be dependent on registration numbers, but we are generally focused on making this a fun run! After the run, we will have coffee, snacks and other drinks available in the park area near Montrose Beach. We'll coordinate either driving or rideshares depending on car availability - please register to help us get a headcount and figure out transport logistics!

    Weekly 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga with Olivia

    Power Vinyasa-style yoga class with upbeat music and a focus on connecting breath to movement. Open to all skill levels - wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle! Mats and props are available at the studio. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your space. Olivia Burton (2Y 2026) is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor. Before Kellogg, she taught at CorePower UES in New York.

Ryan Walsh (2Y 2026) is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor and also teaches on Sundays at CorePower Old Orchard in Skokie.
