Past speakers have included Professors Eric Anderson, Florian Zettlemeyer and Brett Gordon on the Future of Analytics, Professor Jim Lecinski (and Google alum) on AI and Marketing, IDEO on analytics and design, and much more. Below, Professor Anderson is shown speaking at a KDA event.
Each year, the Data Analytics Club works with first year student leaders to arrange a Career Trek centered around Data Analytics in Chicago. Past firms visited by the trek include GrubHub, BlueCross Blue Shield, Tempus, Narrative Science, Civis Analytics and more. Here our students are shown visiting GrubHub's offices in downtown Chicago.
The Data Analytics Club provides trainings for students of various levels of expertise in a range of programming languages. Past trainings have included workshops at both the beginner and intermediate levels in Tableu, R and SQL.
