  1. Cultivate a supportive environment for the entire LGBTQ community and our allies
  2. Advance the LGBTQ student’s professional network and career opportunities
  3. Facilitate understanding and acceptance of LGBTQ people at school and in the workplace


  1. Develop a board of officers that have specific roles & responsibilities
  2. Send a contingent of Evening & Weekend Kellogg students to ROMBA 2017
  3. Hold a minimum of one event per month (on our own or partnered)
  4. Build relationships with LGBTQ groups at local companies for professional networking opportunities
  5. Strengthen coordination between Pride@Kellogg’s Full-Time student group and NU Queer Coalition, a collective of all LGBTQ groups at Northwestern University
  6. Grow the participation and communication with allies outside of the LGBTQ community
