Website Mission

Mission
The mission of E&W Pride@Kellogg, is to:
• Connect and support LGBTQ+ students and allies enrolled in the Kellogg EWMBA program and to work to maintain a supportive environment for all students on campus, in the classroom, and in corporate recruiting;
• Facilitate and enhance current LGBTQ+ students' social, academic and professional experience at Kellogg;
• Increase and enhance the social capital of the entire network of LGBTQ+ Kellogg MBAs - from prospective students to current students to alumni - in the professional world;
• Facilitate understanding and acceptance of LGBTQ+ people in the post-MBA world by reaching out to the future leaders - our peers - now; and,
• Provide a supportive environment for fellow students to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and our allies.
