Our Mission

Advocate for Kellogg's E&W MBA LGBTQIA+ student body by fostering visibility, community, allyship, and personal & professional empowerment

Our Work

Connect and support LGBTQIA+ students, partners and straight friends enrolled in the Kellogg E&W MBA program and to work to maintain a supportive environment for all students on campus, in the classroom and in corporate recruiting;
Facilitate and enhance current LGBTQIA+ students' social, academic and professional experience at Kellogg;
Increase and enhance the social capital of the entire network of LGBTQIA+ Kellogg MBA's - from prospective students to current students to alumni - in the professional world;
Facilitate understanding and acceptance of LGBTQIA+ people in the post-MBA world by reaching out to the future leaders - our peers - now; and,
Provide a supportive environment for fellow students to learn more about the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies.

The benefits and services provided by student groups are available to all Kellogg students without regard to any category protected by the law. Kellogg believes different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds are critical to a dynamic and vibrant university community, and as such all Kellogg students are welcome and encouraged to join each group.
