One of the best skills for an entrepeneur is to learn how to learn. This series is designed to teach you core technical skills to get moving and up to speed.

How to Make a Website for $0 and Zero Coding

Who uses yellowbooks anymore? Every business or idea needs a site to drive interest. Learn how to make a website for free! Follow along as John Le goes over the pros and cons of Wordpress, Weebly and Squarespace followed by hands on building of a mock site using Chicago School of Grappling.

What you'll need to do to get ready:

  • Length (Approximately 30 minutes)
  • Download the images, texts and links by clicking here: Sample Photos and Directions
  • Go to the EVC Mock Weebly site by clicking here: You'll recreate the three webpages here using Weebly.
  • Logon to
    • Username:
    • Password: Weebly4evc
    • Make sure you are on My Site ( from the dropdown
    • Click the "..." button to the right of "Upgrade" and select "Copy Site"
    • After the site has copied over click "Open my apps" and choose subdomain. Enter "Kelloggevc[your first name][your last name]. Ex:
    • Click submit
    • Once at the My Apps page, choose to "Reconnect" the "Reviews" app.
    • Click the video below and get ready to make a website!
