How to create an idea

I have tons of ideas...why do I need to learn how to create an idea?

When thinking about a new business, venture, app, bakery, whatever you should ask yourself at least 3 questions:

What skills do I have?

What do I obsess about?

What annoys me?

Does it annoy other people?

Does it annoy A LOT of people?

Ex: LiquiGlide

LiquiGlide was invented by 6 MIT engineers that obsessed about food waste and packaging. They were annoyed by the little bit of toothpaste, mayo, syrup, ketchup found at the bottom of jars that would just go to waste. So they were able to use their skills to develop a solution that coats jars and bottles to allow everything to come out cleanly.

Ideally, finding the sweet-spot of all 3 will ensure that your team can build its dream, will work hard for it and that you all will understand your target market because you would be a customer or because you have a direct connection to a target customer
