The benefits and services provided by student groups are available to all Kellogg students without regard to any category protected by the law. Welcome!

The Kellogg Women's Business Association (WBA) is dedicated to fostering a Kellogg community where women find each other, champion each other, and carry each other forward.

The women of Kellogg were dealt an unexpected blow when the Class of 2027 arrived at CIM to find that they were a significant minority despite following a class that reached gender parity. A number of internal and external factors influenced this change, but one year later, we have processed our shock and now it is time to act.

This year, the WBA is grounded in four key pillars:

  • We will facilitate programming that encourages connection, reflection and learning for all women at Kellogg and seek partnerships with other clubs to reach the broadest possible audience.
  • We will advocate for current female students and their experience at Kellogg with the administration, admissions and faculty.
  • We will intentionally grow the WBA’s relationship with the Kellogg alumni community. We will pursue consistent communications, explore in-person gatherings and ensure that every alumna knows of the uneven gender ratio.
  • We will actively support prospective, admitted and incoming Kellogg women during their process, with the goal of increasing female representation in the Class of 2029.
