The Kellogg Women's Business Association (WBA) is dedicated to uplifting women and other marginalized genders within the Kellogg community. We empower our members to become confident leaders through dedicated support, resources, and an inclusive network that embraces intersectional experiences.
Building on Kellogg's achievement of gender parity with the Class of 2026, we are committed to driving meaningful progress toward true gender equity through supporting Kellogg women, serving our community, and cultivating active allyship.
