The Kellogg Women's Business Association (WBA) is dedicated to uplifting women and other marginalized genders within the Kellogg community. We are committed to providing women the community, support, and resources they need to grow into empowered leaders, both personally and professionally.
We are committed to advancing Kellogg's legacy of strong female representation among top MBA programs and collaborating with the Kellogg community to drive meaningful progress toward true gender equity.
Our mission rests on a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every facet of our organization. We intentionally focus on the intersectionality of and empathy for our women and other marginalized genders.
