Fall Quarter 2012

Asian Food Festival!
Come Taste the Fun!

Konnichiwa Geishas and Samurais,

I hope everyone is ready for a delicious November as Japan Club’s food month gets into full swing. It was great to see so many people recovering from Fall Ball by eating some delicious Sanma fish at the BBQ last Sunday. If you meet any of our grillmasters, please give them tips to pay for their dry cleaning bills from all the smoke and hardships they endured for you. Remember to cancel your Thursday night dinner plans to save room for our AFF booth. Please check out the sign-ups below if you’d like to get in on the action!

Jya Mata!
See you later!

Japan Club Japan's extreme game shows could find their way onto U.S. TV
"The image around the globe of Japanese TV is often one of wild and wacky programming in which contestants perform bizarre and sometimes stomach-churning tasks in front of shrieking hosts. And yet, unbeknown to many, some of the world's most successful game show franchises are based on Japanese formats." (link)
