It’s that time of the year again. Time for every American mall to put Christmas music record on loop. Time for airlines to make lots of money from Kellogg. And of course, soon enough it will be Christmas and New Years. Like the Japanese Tradition, we hope you enjoy some delicious friend chicken with your significant other. Good luck, safe travels, and if you survive the end of the world then come kick off the New Year with us and the KBC for some good and good times!

Japan’s Kobe Beef Bound for U.S. Now, for the first time ever, when U.S. diners bite into a Kobe beef slider it just might be the real deal. As of Thursday, the first-ever shipment of the marbled delicacy was headed to the U.S., according to an industry group of Kobe beef producers. (link)
