It was founded in 2000 and since has recieved many accolades for their innovative approach to crowdsourcing and inspiring designers. Community Manager, Jess Hanebury, and Director of Human Resources, Kerry Puglisi, will speak about the Threadless journey from start-up to where they are now, with particular focus on their online community and recent strategic changes. The Aesthete (www.TheAesthete.com) is an online art, culture and style website that publishes elevated lifestyle content with a focus on profiling the lives of New York's creative class and their work. After launching in February 2012, The Aesthete quickly became a celebrated content platform attracting editors and contributters from American Vogue, The New York Times, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair and more. 

We are currently looking for an advisory team who can help us to rethink and redevelop our platform into a standalone publication with profit-generatin verticls.
