We play at the Squash Courts within the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion (SPAC) on the Northwestern Campus in Evanston

The club has recurring court reservation times but additional individual reservations can be made to guarantee an open court (though reservations are not required). These can be made up to 1 day in advance of the reservation by calling the Pro Shop at the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion (SPAC) at 847-491-4312

  4. Non-marking shoes

Squash Rackets

The SPAC Pro Shop has 5 rackets for rent ($2 per-use). These rackets have a $15 replacement fee if damaged, lost, or stolen.

The Kellogg Squash Club has a limited selection of rackets that can be borrowed for free during Club Open Court times.

Squash Balls

Squash Balls vary based on skill level, ranging from Pro Ball (Two Dot) to the Max Ball (Beginner). The beginner balls are larger and bouncier, making play easier at entry levels. We will use Pro (Two Dot) balls primarily. The SPAC Pro Shop carries a selection of Pro (Two Dot) squash balls for purchase.

Eye Protection

Protective eyeware is highly recommended, especially for beginner players or while playing with beginners. The SPAC Pro Shop typically carries a limited selection of protective eyeware for purchase though none for rent.

Non-Marking Shoes

SPAC requires all players wear NON-MARKING shoes on the Squash Courts. You can bring or purchase your own shoes. Alternatively, the SPAC Pro Shop has a selection of non-marking shoes that can be borrowed (no charge) for use on the courts. They carry mens sizes 10.5 - 13 and womens sizes 6 - 9.
