Hub Business Model Canvas Workshop

Come learn about the Business Model Canvas, a tool for organizing the key components of a start-up (or even established business).

• The first half of the session will be a mix of short burst videos on different components of the BMC, coupled with filling out parts of the BMC for Front Row Education (Jackson's ed-tech startup) as an example
• Following this we will break out individually or as small groups for 15 minutes to draft a quick version of a BMC for an idea you are working on.
  • While this session is valuable for individuals coming in with a particular startup idea, you do not need to have an idea of your own to participate - all are welcome! (That's what the small groups are for!)
• To finish, we will walk through the canvasses of 1-2 groups - giving feedback, and suggesting ways they can test their hypotheses
