Our Mission

The KSA Mental Health team sits in the Personal and Professional Development pillar, alongside The Good Life, Professional Development, and Wellness Club. The team partners with the Office of Student Life to develop resources, host events, and foster relationships to reduce stigma against mental health and further the discussion about mental health within the Kellogg community.

  • Provide Ad-Hoc Support and Resources

As the pandemic and political environment continue to shape our year, our team is
dedicated to providing resources that reflect the world's changing conditions.

  • Educate and Destigmatize

Continue ongoing efforts to educate the Kellogg community on mental health
at and beyond Kellogg including the promotion of available resources and
advocacy for student needs to faculty and administration.

  • Collaborate with Student Groups

Facilitate conversations with student groups to better understand their individualized
needs and determine appropriate ways to integrate mental health conversations
    into their training and programming.

  • Prepare Mentally Healthy Leaders and Teams

As business leaders of tomorrow, we need to learn how not only to manage
our own mental health but how to create healthy organizations, which includes
supporting others in their personal and professional journeys.
