The Kellogg School of Management has a history of educating leaders for all types of organizations. Our graduates have gone on to management positions across the healthcare sector. The Healthcare at Kellogg program provides a grounding in general management that enables graduates to understand the complex nature of the healthcare sector and become leaders in this competitive global economy.
The Healthcare Club values our alumni and appreciates the work they do to support the club's mission of helping students gain awareness, develop relevant skills and build successful healthcare careers. In an effort to continue building connections and sharing knowledge between both current students and Kellogg alumni who are working or interested in healthcare, we invite you to join the Kellogg Healthcare Group on LinkedIn (click here to join). Additionally, we invite you to attend the Kellogg Business of Healthcare Conference, which is held each winter in Evanston (click here to visit the conference website).
Beginning in the 2018-2019 school year, the Healthcare Club partnered with Kellogg staff, faculty, and alumni to design and launch the Kellogg Healthcare Alumni Mentorship Pilot. This program offers a longitudinal mentorship opportunity for first-year students in the two-year program committed to pursuing a career as a leader in the business of healthcare and is intended to last until graduation. Mentors were handpicked by faculty, staff, and fellow students due to their senior leadership in the healthcare space and demonstrated commitment to mentorship. For the initial pilot, the Healthcare Club was pleased to match twenty students with alumni mentors in early April 2019. Ongoing feedback will be collected from participating students and alumni in order to continue to refine the program for future years.
