In "My Story," we invite women from the Kellogg faculty and staff to share their professional and personal development stories. In a casual and intimate setting over lunch, female students can learn from the speaker's journey to and at Kellogg. As part of WBA's Supportive Network Series, this My Story event is about career and family, and is hosted by Ellen Taaffe. Ellen is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Leadership at Kellogg and is the Director of the Women's Leadership Program. She joined the Kellogg faculty after a successful marketing career that included senior roles at PepsiCo and Royal Caribbean. As a mother, Ellen has juggled the demands of raising a family and advancing her career, and has made difficult decisions along the way about how and when to prioritize each. In an intimate conversation, she will share with other women the wisdom she has gained from being a dedicated mother and successful business leader. Ellen will share remarks and also participate in a question-and-answer session, so please come with questions. (Lunch will be provided)
