Do you fully understand the impact of unconscious bias on your professional and personal effectiveness? Our mind is constantly processing information, oftentimes without our conscious awareness. There is a growing body of research surrounding unconscious bias and how we can prevent it from negatively impacting our decision making.

Please join the WBA for a discussion and panel on unconscious biases in the workplace, based on learnings from LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Co.'s Women in the Workplace 2016 study. The event will start with an overview and discussion of the study's findings, presented by Kweilin Ellingrud (Managing Partner, McKinsey Minneapolis), and will be followed by a panel of female professionals from a variety of industries, who will speak to how they and their companies address and overcome unconscious biases in the workplace.
