What do Manbassadors stand for?
Based on workshops with Kellogg men, we've come up with the following:
Manbassadors…
- Know sexism has real effects on men and women.
- Listen to women.
- Seek to understand and learn.
- Speak up in public and in private.
- Work to understand and correct their own biases, and to help others in the process.
- Don't have to have all the answers.
- Don't act like a hero about it.
