Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
"Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference."

It is not an effortless task to strengthen a sense of belonging during the relatively short time students spend within the Kellogg community. This website is far from being an exhaustive, unbiased repository of facts. My love of storytelling and its powerful effects on authentic connections among individuals have supported the creation of a virtual space as an extension of our physical "cultural corner" in Wieboldt, and it serves the purpose of expanding cultural awareness within Kellogg's commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and cultivating a sense of belonging. I am sure we will be making some mistakes, misstate facts and/or miss important information. We rely on you all to help us improve, and we hope you can do so with enthusiasm, grace, and respect for each other, as an authentic Kellogg Leader.
