• Why Kellogg?

What Makes Kellogg Unique?

Curriculum

Kellogg's balanced curriculum serves as a foundation for learning about how real estate is changing, and prepares students for a wide range of potential career paths. Beyond a deep set of real estate coursework, students are exposed to a cutting-edge curriculum that challenges them to think like a tenant and consider the operational, marketing, and strategic aspects of real estate.

Location

Kellogg's position in the Midwest attracts students from all over the country and the world, and it serves as a launching point for students to pursue careers in many geographies. If you want to travel, there are two large airport hubs ready to take you on your next adventure. If you want to stay local, Kellogg is only a short train ride away from Chicago and its many attractions.

Network

Kellogg offers access to a large network of prominent real estate alumni all over the world. The Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network (KREAN) represents alumni nationwide and helps expand networking opportunities among alumni and students, enhance the real estate program for existing students, and promotes the Kellogg brand in the real estate community at large.

Culture

Kellogg has a special culture that is fostered through many activities during your time here. From KWEST trips to club events to section retreats, there are plenty of opportunities to get to know your classmates.
