    AI, Agriculture and Entrepreneurship with Willy Pell (CEO of Blue River Technology)

    Willy Pell is the CEO of Blue River Technology. Willy has a background in startups and was an early engineer at Waymo, Google's self-driving project and joined Blue River Technology early-on as an engineering leader and has led Blue River through releasing its most popular product and integration with John Deere. Blue River Technology is a subsidiary of John Deere and was acquired in 2017 for $305M. Blue River Technology is focused on using technology, including AI and robotics, to empower farmers to implement more sustainable solutions, such as optimize chemical usage, reimagine routine processes and improve farming yields. Come hear Willy talk about building strong company culture, managing startups through acquisitions and how Blue River Technology is leveraging AI to transform food production and the agricultural space!
