QUESTIONS TO THINK

“The most important skills in analytics aren't technical skills.
They are thinking skills”

Professor Florian Zettelmeyer
Director, Program on Data Analytics at Kellogg
Instructor, Customer Analytics and AI

  • What are the current issues with the Kellogg club system?

  • How to use analytics/ML/AI to improve the Kellogg club experiences and add value for both the customers (thousands of Kellogg students) and the organizations (dozens of clubs, KSA, and Kellogg admin)?

  • There are tons of existing data (mainly on Kellogg Campus Groups platform), how to use it? What other data may be helpful?

  • What analytics/ML/AI techniques to use? What insights/findings to deliver?

  • What is the deliverable/product? What changes to make? What is the impact/added value?

DELIVERABLES AND DATES
