POSITION 1

DARDEN

Darden – Director Interactive Marketing 

The ideal candidate will have a deep background and understanding in CRM/Loyalty/Relationship marketing and ecommerce and can demonstrate the technical knowledge needed for the development for successful strategic programs. Your experience must include a long term approach to 1:1 consumer relationships, including lifetime value analysis of consumers, the cultivation of high value consumers and the development of a strategic consumer journey - not simply database acquisition, communications and retention. You will also have also played a key role in the architecture; development, enhancement and growth of a CRM database and have a solid understanding of the technical aspects needed to successfully partner with Darden IT. You are experienced in developing actionable digital, direct, and integrated CRM strategies for an enterprise portfolio group. You take ownership of your work and are constantly focused on the growth of the business.

POSITION 2

ARC/Leo Burnett

VP Customer Marketing Strategy – The ideal candidate will  be passionate and have a strong focus  on retail customer and shopper marketing with major CPG clients.  You think well and quickly on your feet and  a sense of urgency is in your DNA.  The ideal candidate will be a  unique combination of strategic planning sensibilities and  account knowledge. You will have a deep understanding of retailer strategies and retail trends that help drive creative ideas and product.  Your experience will include strategic planning within shopper marketing, have  knowledge of research methodologies ( primary and secondary). The ability to utilize  and leverage data to develop keen insights and actionable recommendations that grow businesses is second nature to you.
 
You work well cross-functionally with multiple  clients and agency teams.  You have experience working directory with a retailer/customer teams (multiple retailer experience is a plus to develop joint customer strategies and guide creative development for both brick and mortar and online retailers.  You converse and move easily between sales, marketing and research  teams within the client and agency.  You have experience developing centers of excellence and being an advocate/change agent  and ambassador throughout your company .
 
You are consultative by nature, have experience building and training teams  within your own department and cross functionally. Your presentation skills are strong and people gravitate toward you and your ideas.   You are a thought leader, manager/mentor and motivator.   An  understanding of  how retailers are moving from brick and mortar to digital and multichannel solutions is a PLUS.   A sense of humor is key.

You will have a keen understanding of how to analyze research data (primary and secondary) and utilize it to craft a engaging, insightful and participatory stories/presentations with actionable implications and recommendations.  You recognize and write strong insights and deliver inspiring creative briefs.  You think well and quickly on your feet and  a sense of urgency is in your DNA.
 
You motivate and work well with creatives and team members and have the ability to persuade passionate colleagues to your way of thinking.  The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels is an ingredient to success.
The ideal candidate will diagnose client shopper/retail/customer pain-points and leverage knowledge of  varying methodologies to recommend and ferret out answers.  You will have a dynamic and outgoing personality and presentation style and a  proven ability to work and communicate well cross functionally.  

CPG experience is a must. An understanding digital  for shopper marketing is a PLUS.  A sense of humor is key
