KSA Personal Development and Human Capital Club are excited to welcome Priti Patel (MBA ’14), Chief People Officer at G2, for a candid conversation on growth, resilience, wellbeing, and the personal challenges that often sit behind leadership success. Moderated by Rushi Bhalani (MMM ’26), the discussion will explore Priti’s path from Kellogg to the C-suite, including navigating self-doubt, burnout, career pivots, and motherhood.

Vulnerable at the Top is a Kellogg speaker series launched in 2024 that invites leaders to openly discuss the setbacks, tradeoffs, doubts, and lessons that shape their lives beyond the resume.

About Priti:
As Chief People Officer of G2, Priti Patel leads the company’s employee success function, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as business and talent strategy.

Before joining G2, Priti coached G2 executives on Conscious Leadership, a mindset she continues to bring to the company’s leadership team. She previously served as Principal at TribusAllen, a leadership consulting firm, and founded MindPoint, a corporate wellbeing company later acquired by Life Cross Training, where she then served as Chief Operating Officer and advisor. Earlier in her career, she held roles at PepsiCo, GE, and Target.

Across her career, Priti has focused on helping people live and work better - bringing together leadership, wellbeing, culture, and growth at scale.
