Groupwerk Community Workshop: Hip Hop

Our second Groupwerk Community Workshop features Hip-Hop Foundations with the incredibly talented Josh Park and Connie Hwang. Both Josh and Connie trained in studios before Kellogg and bring serious experience, precision, and performance quality — but what really sets them apart is their effortless swag and musicality.

This session is all about the fundamentals. We’ll break down grooves, basic footwork, texture, and confidence — step by step — in a way that’s completely accessible to beginners. No prior experience needed. If you’ve never taken a dance class before, this is for you.

Hip-hop is rooted in culture, expression, and individuality. This workshop will give you the building blocks to start finding your own style in a fun, supportive, no-pressure environment.
