Join us for an insightful lunch session, "Belonging in the Modern Workplace: A Conversation on Culture and Leadership." As organizations face shifting expectations around inclusion and culture, this event will explore how leaders across sectors are reimagining what it means to foster true belonging. The session will include a 40-minute panel discussion and audience Q&A, followed by a 15-minute interactive workshop to reflect on how you can shape inclusive environments as a future leader. Whether you're heading into an internship or a full-time role, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives and actionable strategies to bring with you into the workplace.

Panelists include:
Dr. William Towns, Adjunct Lecturer of Social Impact at Kellogg and distinguished educator, strategist and consultant whose work sits at the intersection of business, public policy, leadership, and social impact

Alyscia Raines, M.Ed. is the CEO and Lead Strategist at ADR Consulting Group, a workplace culture strategy firm, with over 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational change, and strategic planning,

Dr. Nicholas Pearce, Clinical Professor of Management & Organizations at Kellogg, founder & CEO of The Vocati Group, and a Chicago native and vocational multi-hyphenate committed to creating social impact at the intersection of the academy, the marketplace, and the church.
