Our mission: Build a supportive community of women that drives critical conversations, advocates for themselves and others, and empowers women of all identities and experiences to be changemakers at Kellogg and beyond

A Letter from our Co-Presidents

Welcome!

The Kellogg Women's Business Association (WBA) supports women and other marginalized genders in the Kellogg community. We are committed to providing our members the community, support, and resources they need to become empowered leaders in their personal and professional lives.

We are dedicated to furthering Kellogg's legacy of strong representation of women in a top-MBA program, and we are well-positioned to positively impact how the Kellogg community works together to achieve true gender equity.

This year, we are focused on furthering our vision to:

1. Foster a robust and inclusive community, enabling all Kellogg women to thrive

2. Develop leaders to empower and advocate for themselves, women, and other marginalized genders, and

3. Expand the WBA's impact and position within and beyond the walls of Kellogg

This vision rests on a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every facet of our organization. We intentionally focus on the intersectionality of and empathy for our women and other marginalized genders.

We hope that you will explore this website to meet our team and learn more about our mission. Please reach out to us at wba-club@kellogg.northwestern.edu to get to know us better. You can also connect with us via our social media pages linked on the navigation bar above. We are proud and honored to lead the WBA and hope you will join us in furthering our mission and advocating for women in business at Kellogg and beyond!
