1. D-Prize: Distribution Equals Development | Social Entrepreneurship Poverty Solutions D-Prize is seeking new social entrepreneurs who can solve our planet's most pressing problems. We believe society has already created effective technologies to eradicate poverty – but those proven solutions have yet to be distributed to millions in need. 4. Civic Consulting Alliance | Summer Internship Deadline The Civic Consulting Alliance (CCA) is a not-for-profit consulting firm working to improve government in the City of Chicago and our region. Diplomat Fellowship for Social Impact Program Diplomat CEO Phil Hagerman calls the Fellowship program “an inspirational hands-on opportunity for college students who want to change the world and have a transformational impact on the lives of others.” The Fellowship is a structured program that includes cohort meetings and seminars, a mid-project evaluation, and a final project presentation at the end of the summer. The Fellowship allows you to take on an important societal challenge. Sample areas include health care, homelessness, environment, education, economy and emergency preparedness and response. Duration: June 1 – August 14, 2015, full-time Housing: Provided, apartment-style housing in downtown Flint, MI.
