The 360-degree leadership assessment called Emotional Social Competency Inventory is the beginning of your Kellogg Leadership Journey.
A foundation of effective leadership is self-awareness of strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as understanding how others view your leadership capability. Because it all starts with self-awareness, the ESCI assessment and workshops provide you the opportunity to identify your current strengths and opportunities for improvement as a leader.
The Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) assessment, a.k.a the 360-degree leadership assessment, and workshops are the beginning of your Kellogg Leadership Journey. This is an opportunity for you to understand how others view your leadership capabilities and to identify your current strengths and opportunities for improvement as a leader.
Reports will not be available before the workshop.
