The Kellogg Real Estate Club is excited to host a lunch with Henry Bullock, Founder and Chairman of Menlo Equities. Menlo Equities is a vertically integrated commercial real estate company engaged in the acquisition, development, and operation of properties in select technology markets in the western United States.
Since its founding, Menlo Equities has acquired or developed over 80 properties for a total cost of approximately $1.4B, and developed over 3.2M sf of office, R&D, and engineering commercial real estate.
