When people size you up, what are they looking for?

Your effectiveness as a professional depends in large part on your ability to influence and persuade others. Particularly in informal or leaderless settings, your skills as a communicator are your greatest asset.

KNP Communications co-founders Matt Kohut and Seth Pendleton and their colleague Ronit Avni will lead a workshop designed to help you present yourself and your ideas in a compelling manner in your professional career. The workshop is inspired by research Matt did with Amy Cuddy (see HBR, "Connect, Then Lead").

This workshop will have three components:
1. A brief pre-work video exercise
2. Interactive, group skill-building workshop (2 hours)
3. A one-on-one coaching session with a KNP coach (20 minutes)

KNP has worked with Nobel Prize and Academy Award winners, Senators and Governors, CEOs and best-selling authors, NASA scientists and TED talkers, and ambassadors and entrepreneurs.
