Panelists
- Niki Kidd: Kellogg alumna who currently works at Instacart. Instacart has a large male presence and no ERG for women yet. Niki is looking to change that and is in the process of trying to create a community for the women at the company. She also has previously worked at Google, a company that has a robust diversity network.
- Cory Croft: Cory is a Kellogg alumnus who works at Rinse, a Chicago-based start-up. Similar to Instacart, Rinse doesn’t have any formal ERGs. Cory will be sharing some of the challenges he’s faced as a member of the Black community and transitioning from Target to a startup without any ERGs.
- Dave Laskowski: Dave is a Kellogg alumus and an Associate Director at consulting firm Protiviti. He is heavily involved with proPRIDE, the LGBT ERG at Protiviti. He has driven several initiatives including helping his company secure a score of 100 on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index. Currently proPRIDE is trying to figure out how they can better engage their allies, the group that makes up the majority of proPRIDE membership.
- Leslie Drish: Leslie is a manager focused entirely on driving diversity and inclusion initiatives at her company, Tyson Foods. In her role, she is also responsible for overseeing all of the company’s business resource groups.
