Interested in learning more about global public health? Join the Social Impact and Healthcare Club to hear from faculty, alumni, and second years with experience developing and commercializing medical technologies in Africa and worldwide. This will be a panel facilitated by Professors Becca Kirby and Kara Palamountain, who teach the Medical Technologies in Global Public Health (SSIM 673).

Students will hear from three impressive Kellogg Alums: Rebecca Gast (’14), Global Health Executive at Accenture Development Partnerships, Jack Quiqley (’19), Chief Operating Officer of Accumulus Technologies, and Sharvani Saraf (’19), Senior Access Manager at CEPI (Coalition of Epidemic and Pandemic Innovations).

SSIM 673 is a course that enables students to work with an African medical technology innovator to inform the design and commercialization strategy for a medical device in low and middle-income countries. This is an experiential course that involves travel to Africa and allows students to make a real impact in global health. Join this session to learn more!
