If you're passionate about innovation, social and environmental sustainability, CPG, or all three, join Net Impact and two of Mars Incorporated's VPs, Andy Pharoah and Martin Radvan, for an innovation challenge!

In this Corporate Innovation MiniLab, Andy and Martin will present the Women's Empowerment Plan, and students will form teams to develop a solution across two distinct challenges. Here's what Mars means by women's empowerment:
• Increasing women's access to economic and social opportunities
• Providing resources to help women farmers to help improve yields and incomes
• Enabling women to make decisions in cocoa farming communities and households

Look externally to see how the Dove Chocolate brand can engage consumers around women's empowerment OR look internally and develop ideas on how to link the company's incentives to their impact goals. The challenge will be moderated by Malcolm Preston, Global Sustainability Leader at PwC and professor of "Decision-Making for a Sustainable Business." Coffee and snacks will be provided.

**Corporate Innovation MiniLab
The Corporate Innovation MiniLab is an experiential learning program, co-curated with a corporate partner, to offer a problem-solving lab for student and companies to ideate and solve real problems in real time and with a real solution.
