Moderated by Professor Nicholas Pearce, a panel of female Kellogg students will share some of their stories related to gender bias in the Latin American business world. The conversation will explore personal experiences and cultural characteristics, ultimately aiming to uncover what can be done to improve the workplace in Latin America.
Learn how to become a more aware, respectful, and sensitive co-worker, team-leader, and manager in a judgment-free environment.
