Home Voice Ecosystems: The Battle for the Home

You are on a team managing a home voice products and have hypothetical P&L authority to make product, marketing and strategy decisions. Your team will have 5-10 minutes to summarize and defend your firm's 1) home speaker market entry strategy and 2) broader home voice strategy to Professors Hennessy and Lecinski, who will judge each team's argument, provide real-time feedback and moderate a discussion about home voice ecosystem marketing strategy.

15 students will be signed up and assigned to one of the following three teams:
Amazon Alexa
Google Home
Apple HomePod

Three required readings will be distributed prior once the event fills, and teams will be randomly allocated across the attendees.
