Meta AMA Session w/ Jordan Davis '08 MBA, Product Director

Join KTech for an AMA session with Jordan Davis, a Product Director for Meta’s message platform. During this event, Jordan will provide insight into Meta’s positioning and share his various experiences through an interactive Q&A.

Jordan Davis has spent the last 7 years at Meta. He is currently a Director of Product Management for Meta's Messaging Platform, where he has been instrumental in developing a core messaging platform across various Meta products, including Messenger, Instagram Direct, Oculus, Messenger Kids, Facebook, and Business Messaging. Under his leadership, Meta's Messaging Platform supports 3 billion users, processes 50 billion messages per day, and handles 250 billion notifications daily, making it the largest messaging product in the world in terms of daily users. Jordan is deeply committed to quality, user experience, and privacy, and has led Meta's transition in messaging to end-to-end encryption.

Before his current role, Jordan supported community products within the Facebook App, such as Groups, Events, and Profile, focusing on connecting people through shared interests, hobbies, causes, events, beliefs, backgrounds, or more. His career path includes roles such as Sr. Director of Product Management at Samsung Electronics, where he led product for Samsung’s TV UI, and at FanTV, where he developed a next-generation TV operating system & set-top Box (Acquired by Tivo). He also played a key role at Adobe, leading the transition of creative tools from a desktop-licensed software business to a web/mobile-based SaaS model.
