M&T Bank Opportunities
The Executive Associate (EA) career track at M&T Bank is designed to provide MBAs immediate impact, high visibility, and challenging opportunities. Within M&T’s culture, the EA track exemplifies the flexible career and leadership opportunities that are desired by MBAs.
Originally founded in 1984, the EA track is the entry point for MBAs to the Bank. EAs are given immediate responsibility and business ownership via projects and business responsibilities within their functional areas. Additionally, new EAs have access to the EA alumni network within the Bank, as well as numerous opportunities for direct interaction with Senior Management. Accordingly, EAs are expected to become the Bank’s future leaders.
We offer great diversity of roles and divisions, so we strongly encourage career switchers and students with a general management focus to apply. M&T is looking to hire 30+ EA’s into the EA Class of 2015. Headquartered in Buffalo, M&T Bank has nearly 16,000 employees and approximately $80 billion in assets. Our story reflects well-managed growth and a clean balance sheet that has ultimately positioned M&T to stand out as a consistent leader amidst the ongoing challenges facing the financial services industry.
