Mr. Chuck Templeton serves as the Managing Director at S2G Ventures. Mr. Templeton is the Founder of TaskRabbit. He founded OpenTable, Inc. in October 1998 and served as its Chairman and Executive Vice President of Product Strategy. While the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Templeton recruited and hired the first management team, obtained and allocated company resources, led the business and product strategy and carefully crafted a highly dedicated culture. He served as a Managing Director at the Impact Engine. Mr. Templeton served as the Chairman and Advisor at GrubHub. He served in Product Marketing for Quester Technology, Inc. At Quester, he managed the tactical, strategic and commercial components of product marketing. Prior to Quester, Mr. Templeton spent three years in the U.S. Army becoming Ranger and Sniper qualified. He served for nine years in the restaurant industry. Mr. Templeton serves as the Chairman of the Board of Impact Engine, Inc. He serves as Director at Thinkcerca.com, Inc.. His skills include entrepreneurship, impact investing and technology. Mr. Templeton has been an Independent Director at Juhl Energy, Inc. since April 9, 2014. He has been a Director of Rentcycle, Inc. since August 2011. Mr. Templeton served Auctions By Cellular, LLC and Getable, Inc. He served as a Director at GrubHub, Inc. from November 2007 to June 2013. as a Director of OpenTable, Inc. and PVPower, Inc. Mr. Templeton served as a Director of TaskRabbit, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2014 and I-Go Cars from February 2010 to February 2013. He has a background in both technology and the restaurant industry and has been involved with over two-dozen startups as an investor, board member, or advisor.
